Solace —
an immersive tunnel with six projectors displaying angulating wave movement that manifests into a space like journey through a fully enclosed iridescent material overlay; completed with four interactive virtual reality environments to showcase the unexpected terrain of Mars, our possible future home.

Materiality displayed on clear acrylic trays, showing dimensionality as well larger proportion and range
An abstract - materials from spaceships, spacesuits, and sensory pieces to allude to one’ journey to space.
Encouragement to touch + interact with such contrasting materials and surfaces
Google Cardboard googles were placed below each rendering. Scanning the QR code opened up the 2D rendering - but now in a virtual reality environment.
